 The Harvest Initiative was established with a guiding purpose: to create meaningful spaces where Black women can unite through faith and engage the issues that influence and uplift their communities. Our journey has been marked by progress, resilience, and impact, and we are honored by what we continue to grow together. 

At The Harvest Initiative , we believe that building a strong and supportive community is key to our success. That's why we've created an organization that puts people first, and fosters a sense of belonging and connection among our members.

The Harvest Initiative is a multigenerational space where we grow, learn and empower. Our stories make us who we are, and our faith is what we stand on. 

We are the ultimate combination of Community Organizing, Civic Engagement and Women Empowerment. 

We've built a platform that allows women to grow in their faith, stand for justice, and teach others to do the same. A metric that's exciting to achieve. 

The relationships built through our organization last far beyond any one campaign. We build hope and we value our network. 

Every plan, every process and every event is strategically mapped out. We move with grace, wisdom and intentionality.
